Brie and Radish Baguettes

Looking for an easy way to entertain?

No brie? Use unsalted butter and of course, spread generously!


2 1/2 bunches radishes, trimmed
20 1/4-inch-thick diagonal slices baguette
Salt and pepper


Place radishes in medium bowl of ice water and chill at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours. Drain radishes and slice thinly. Spread brie generously over baguette slices. Arrange radish slices atop and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Done!
