Ways of preparing bulk salmon from Costco #103.
Actually I have no idea what number this variation would be. Next time I’ll start a count.
- 7 oz salmon, cooked and flaked.
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Done!
