Unsweet oranges salvaged

The traditional Morrocan salad has much more ingredients but this captures the essense of the salad. The oranges I bought were not sweet and had to be fixed!  I thought the cinnamon was a bit odd my first time around but it might grow on you.

For an even coating of flavor, first mix honey and cinnamon together. Add water to reduce the viscosity of the mixture. Toss mixture with oranges.

Ingredients

  • Oranges (sliced however you like ‘em)
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon

Directions

Drizzle honey over oranges; sprinkle with cinnamon.
